Shane Terry, St. Josephs enjoyed a terrific season in the junior D grade, winning both singles and doubles championships. It was a first county title for both he and partner Conor Keeling, and an extra special one for the latter whose winners medal can now sit proudly alongside those won by his son Ben and daughter Jody.

15 year old Joe Devereux, Castlebridge was runner up in both finals and he and his partner of a similar age David Doyle, performed with real distinction against older and stronger players. A big 2019 looms for these two fine young athletes.
