Murphy comes from behind to take Leinster DBMS title

Congratulations to Brendan Murphy from Castlebridge who staged a dramatic comeback in St Mary’s tonight to claim the Leinster Diamond Masters B Singles title against Miley Byrne from Ballymitty. Miley got off to a great start and took the first game 21-18. At 10-3 up in the second, it was looking good for Miley, but Brendan had other ideas and found a rich vein of form to take the second game 21-17. He continued this form in the third game and won it 21-7. Miley should be congratulated as well for making it such an entertaining game.
