Handball is coming back strongly as 76 enter County 4-wall Winter League

While the focus is currently on the concluding stages of the county softball championships, preparations are already in place for the start of the next competition, the county 4-wall adult singles leagues. At the closing date on Friday last a total of 76 (67 men and 9 women) had put their name forward, through their club secretaries. Of more significance perhaps, every single club in the county will be represented and that is reassuring, given the long and barren spell due to covid.

The competitions get underway on October 11th and will be concluded by December 19th.

Divisions will be posted up here by next weekend.
