Connors & Goggins demolish opposition

Junior B Doubles All Ireland semi final – Miley Connors / Michael Goggins (Wexford) beat Seamus McCrory /Martin Spillane (Tyrone) 21-3 & 21-3

 
The travelling Wexford supporters didn’t really get value for money in this game as the Wexford pairing were comprehensive winners of this match. An extremely strong pairing for the junior b grade Conmors & Goggins were at their ease to win this match. The Barntown men were quiet simply at a different level to their opponents and this certainly showed on the score board as they won both games 21-3 to win the match.
From here the Wexford pair are in a All Ireland final and as a result of winning Leinster they are automatically upgraded to Junior players next year.  From the standard of handball displayed by both these players this year there promises to be lots more entertaining handball from this pair over the next few years.
All round a superb day for Wexford handball as all four sets of doubles progressed to the All Ireland finals. Congratulations and best of luck to all in the  finals.
