Brian Murphy is honoured for his service to Castlebridge Handball Club

The legendary Brian Murphy was honoured for his lifetime of dedication and service to his beloved club at a function held there recently. A big crowd was present to see the man who has been synonymous with handball in Castlebridge for decades being presented with an appreciation award by Club Chairperson Tom Rossiter.

In a sport dependent on too few volunteers, there can hardly ever have been a more deserving recipient.
