The Stanners brothers from St. Martins club in Piercestown always leave brotherly love outside the door when they meet on the handball court and last Saturday at St. Mary’s was no exception. James (on (eft) had been on the receiving end of a few defeats against David in the past few years but on this occasion he just about got the better of his sibling to win the county masters A softball singles title on a scoreline of 21-19, 21-17.
